In light of the upcoming basketball-filled recruiting weekend, I wanted to share this email with you to help encourage you!
Our head coach Jen Hoover has a 9 year old daughter Maggie who LOVES to write us notes when she visits the offices. This particular note (attached) says, "If we are Christians (yes), the let God lead you in recruiting. Got it, yes!"
Wow! Amazing revelation! "Out of the mouth of babes!" Often, we get so caught up in our schedules (and figuring out the grids), that we tend to overshadow the Holy Spirit's promptings. Galatians 5:16 says, "Let the Holy Spirit guide your life." So today, amidst the craziness of talent evaluating and court-hopping (or while you are holding it down in the offices while the coaches are on the road), allow yourself to be led and see what great thingsGod has in store to share with you! Can't wait to hear about them!
